Neat room with exceptionally comfortable bed, excellent location. Perfect inner courtyard view and great breakfast. Excellent pool, parking outside. Everything brand-new. Characterful base for exploring Matala.

Everything was brand-new from the staff to the room. Comfortable bed and neat room. - I was offered an exceptionally nice breakfast with many options. - Had peaceful and perfect location in a very quiet area. - It was really close to the center and the center of Matala.

Great breakfast with many options for all tastes. Tidy and spotless room available with a perfect view, balcony, for instance.

It's a peaceful small lodging place in a serene location.

The hotel is brand-new and offers a great view. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of dishes. the hotel's location is superb, near the beautiful taverns and bars of Matala in Crete.

My one-night stay here was really pleasant. the location of this place was great, tucked away in a quiet spot yet close to the center and a short walk to the beach 🏖️.

Peaceful location in a very quiet area.

The rooms are quite roomy and comfortable, each with a balcony offering a stunning sunset view, and the hotel is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location.

The Explore The bungalow has a cozy and comfortable layout with two bedrooms connected by a small hallway. The view from the balcony of the family deluxe rooms is absolutely breathtaking. The air-conditioned rooms are well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The individually decorated rooms have a charming and relaxing ambiance. All rooms are equipped with modern facilities for a pleasant stay.

Personally, I would have preferred larger rooms in the Explore The bungalow.

I had always wanted to visit Matala beach in Crete, so I chose Paradise hotel for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly staff, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I especially enjoyed having a delicious dinner at the bar, accompanied by a refreshing cold drink on the beautiful stone patio. The cleanliness and personal atmosphere, along with the discreet but attentive service at the bar and breakfast, were also highly appreciated.

My only complaint - no laundry hanging rack.

My recent stay at Paradise Matala was amazing! The hotel's location is perfect, just a short distance from one of the best beaches in Crete. The spacious rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I was impressed by the value for money I received. Despite arriving late, the staff was helpful and accommodating. The highlight of my stay was definitely the wonderful pool. I highly recommend this hotel.
